Small and medium-sized enterprises with innovative solutions, which challenge existing markets or create new ones. You have:
- a solution that typically falls under what we call "deep tech", i.e. projects with long and capital-intensive development that often involve research and development (R&D) activities
- a solution that is tested and soon ready for the market (reached at least TRL 6)
- need for considerable financial support as a result of high technological risk
